Following a professional sports career renowned for prolific partnerships and Australian batting records, Matthew focused upon a new ambition. To create a company that promotes a lifestyle centred on family, community, sustainability and social responsibility, through the passionate celebration of sports, wellness, recreation and leisure pursuits.
That ambition is now a tangible reality. The Hayden Way ran out onto the playing field in 2009. Since then, Matthew and his team of highly dedicated staff have been focused on developing projects to engage people on a multitude of levels.
